• Since 2020, I have been working in human resources, and I hold a certified HR diploma from HRCI and a People & Culture diploma from SHRM. Additionally, I have obtained a certificate in preparing courses for aPHRi and PHRi. My expertise includes organizational development, performance management systems, and talent management. With over 4 years of experience in training, I have delivered over 1,000 hours of training to over 2,000 trainees. Specifically, I have spent the past 3 years specializing in corporate training, covering various topics such as Human Resources, Training the Trainers, Leadership, Public Speaking, Time Management, and Building a Customer-Centric Culture. Additionally, I specialize in Emotional Intelligence and have conducted numerous workshops on self-awareness, emotional control, and acceptance & surrender. I am a certified trainer from the Arab Academy and hold a certified instructional design diploma from IAO.
